  According to several reports, Wiz Khalifa was arrested last night following his performance at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.

  The Pittsburgh rapper was in town for a show at East Carolina University when his performance was cut short 45 minutes into the set, said reports.

  The 22-year-old rapper was in town to perform at Wright Auditorium, as part of the national Waken Baken Tour 2010.

The 60-date-tour kicked off September 16th and ends in Boston on November 21st. Tonight, rapper Big Krit was tapped to open for Wiz Khalifa.

  The 23-year-old rapper, who's real name is Cameron Jibril Thomaz, is known for his love for weed. In a past interview, Wiz boasted about spending around $10,000 a month, just on marijuana.

  The rapper's current hit "Black and Yellow" is in heavy rotation around the country.

  He has also recently launched a Wiz Khalifa brand of king-size rolling papers. His last tweet read, Smoke outs greenville, nc tonight. fall thru wit ur finest plant life.

  Khalifa released the mixtape Kush and Orange Juice as a free download in April 2010, which became a top trending item on Twitter and Google. He then signed with Atlantic Records.

  Khalifa's last album, 2009's 'Deal or No Deal' was a commercial success, reaching No. 1 on the iTunes Store Hip Hop chart, and entering in the top ten of iTunes' overall album chart.
